Introduction to Sharing and Downloading Forms
After creating a form of any type, you can share it as a preview link so others can see what it looks like — for example, to get feedback from teammates before publishing. You can also download it as a PDF.
Sharing a form publicly via link is for visualization only. It does not collect responses. Forms only collect responses when they are properly published and embedded inside the relevant platform feature (E.g.: Application forms — only accessible from an application funnel; Request forms — only accessible when a request is submitted through that feature; Submission forms — only accessible inside a course; Evaluation forms — only accessible inside an application funnel or coaching session.)
Where to Find Form Sharing Options
From the top menu, navigate to Forms Management. You will see a table listing all forms created across all types. The last column of the table is the Actions column, which contains the share and download icons for each form.
Step-by-Step
1. Share a Form for Preview

There are two ways to access the sharing option:
- Click the share icon in the Actions column on the right side of the table, or
- Click the three dots on the left side of the form name.
Both open the same Share dropdown, where you can choose between:
- Share publicly — Anyone with the link can preview the form. This is useful to see what your form will look like and share it with teammates. A link will appear below for you to copy and send.
- Do not share publicly — The form will not have a shareable link. No link will be generated.
Select Share publicly, then copy the link and share it with whoever needs to review the form.

2. Download a Form as PDF
The download option is only available for forms that have sharing enabled. If you do not see the download icon, go to the share option first and set the form to Share publicly.
- Make sure the form is set to Share publicly (Step 1).
- Click the download icon in the Actions column.
- Confirm that your browser allows pop-ups — the PDF will open automatically in a new tab for you to save or print.
Best Practices
- Use preview sharing for internal validation. Share the link with program managers or teammates to collect feedback on form structure before embedding it in a funnel or course.
- Do not use the preview link to collect real responses. Responses submitted through a preview link are not tracked or stored. Always publish the form inside the correct platform feature to start collecting data.
- Enable sharing before downloading. If you need a PDF copy of the form, remember to activate Share publicly first — the download icon will not appear otherwise.
