Introduction to the Mentorship Reporting and Tracking

Tracking and reporting mentorship activities are vital for understanding program impact, improving mentor-mentee relationships, and ensuring organizational accountability. AcceleratorApp provides comprehensive tools to help administrative users efficiently aggregate, review, and audit these interactive sessions.

Using these logging systems allows program managers to quantify total support time spent, extract raw text notes, and isolate performance evaluations for accountability reports. These tracking capabilities make it simple to monitor real-time platform updates or deliver localized progress files directly to external program stakeholders or compliance auditors.

Best Practices

  • Audit Time Investments Consistently: Regularly review the Time spent (in minutes) column in your bulk Excel exports to spot disengaged matches or trace mentors who are exceeding their cohort hour allowances.

  • Isolate Strategic Trends Promptly: Use the global spreadsheet's consolidated Notes and Evaluations column items to build rapid strategic summaries for advisory board or grant reporting pipelines.

  • Track Mentor Engagement for Payouts or Grants: Use the date-filtered mentor management hours report to systematically track total delivery hours per coach for stipends, certifications, or internal operational KPIs.
