Introduction to Broad Search for Applications
The Broad Search feature works like a centralized search engine built right into AcceleratorApp’s application portal. Instead of clicking into individual profiles one by one, it allows administrators to search comprehensively across all applicant data—including deep evaluation records, text application answers, meeting logs, and historical activity threads—from a single input line.
Whether you need to instantly pinpoint every applicant who mentioned a specific phrase like "climate tech," retrieve historical evaluation scores, or trace past team remarks before an final intake board meeting, Broad Search aggregates those matching data fragments in seconds.
Plan Restriction: This advanced search feature is available for organizations on Pro bundle and Enterprise plans.

Best Practices
- Use clear and specific keywords to improve result accuracy.
- Enable filters like “Include application filters in search” or “Include startup portfolio filters in search” for refined results.
- Combine searches across Applications and Startups for a complete overview.
- Monitor key terms (e.g., “contract,” “compliance,” “delay”) to identify potential risks early.
