How to track your learners' progress:

Would you like to track your learners' progress for the courses they are enrolled in?

Good news! The Courses dashboard, located in the setup menu > courses > dashboard contains all the information that will help you visualize the progress of the participants in each course.

How to access the data:

By clicking on the dashboard button, you will have access to all published cohorts for that course. Then, by clicking on the name of a cohort, you will be able to see the progress of the participants enrolled in that cohort.

Once there, you will have access to three tabs that will give you insights about the progress of each participant, which are:

- Users: In this tab, you will find the general progress of your participants, there will be a small graph that will let you how many participants have completed each section of the course, as well as a table with different columns such as the full name of the participants, progress, programs, tags, industries, registration date, start date, end date and last time the course was accessed by each participant.

- Class Overview: In this tab, you will find on the right side all the sections and units of the course and on the left side a table with specific information about the progress of each unit such as name, start and end date, time spent in the section and the last time that was accessed to the unit. The information will be updated as you select different course units on the left side.

- Results: In this tab, you will find a table with all the units completed by participants and the results of the quizzes and assignments.
