give user roles or individuals the ability to create and edit events
By default, only Admin are able to create and edit Events. By editing Events Permissions, you can give other roles or specific individuals the ability to create and edit events.
Navigate through Setup => ORGANIZATION => Permissions and at the top of the section you will see Events Permissions.
All users of the roles selected will be able to create and edit all events.
Selected individuals, regardless fo role, can create and edit all events.
You can give specific users the ability to edit specific events. For example, you may want to give someone from an external organization the ability to edit an event they are hosting. To do this, navigate to the bottom right hand corner of a specific event. You will see Who can edit this [event].
In the selector choose the individual(s) you like to be able to edit this event. Make sure to press
Publish to save the changes.
