How to Change the Status of an Application?

Changing the Status of Application
The status of a submitted application changes when it’s moved or duplicated to a different funnel, or it’s reset to draft mode, or deleted.
When moving the application to a different funnel, the application is rejected from the current funnel. After selecting the new funnel, confirm whether applicants are required to submit a new intake form. The applicant will receive an email confirming the move and include the next steps.
When duplicating the application to another funnel, you have the option of copying the forms already submitted by the applicant.
Resetting an application to draft mode will cancel all the evaluation(s) made thus far. This allows the applicant to review and resubmit their application.
Where to Change the Status of an Application
Click on Applications from the Home page or the top menu to open the Applications Overview page and select the application. From the Application File, click on the ellipsis next to the Funnel name.
Step-by-Step Actions
STEP 1: From the Home Page or the top menu, click on the Applications tab.
STEP 2: Select an application.
STEP 3: Click on the ellipsis next to the program name.
STEP 4: Select an Action to Change the status.
