How to create Evaluation Parameters in Coaching Sessions
Introduction to Evaluation Parameters in Coaching Sessions
In AcceleratorApp, evaluation parameters are used to assess startups during coaching sessions. Admin users can create evaluation sheets that are tailored to specific programs, criteria, and roles (mentor, coach, expert, etc.). These parameters help ensure that the feedback is relevant and specific to each startup's needs and the session's objectives.
Evaluation Parameters Location
Navigate to the Startups section in the top bar menu and select Evaluation Parameters.
Step-by-Step Actions
Before assigning evaluation parameters, ensure you have created the necessary components:
1. Evaluation Criteria: Go to the Taxonomy section to define the criteria you will use to evaluate startups (e.g., marketing, finance, innovation). Learn more about creating taxonomy here.
2. Evaluation Form: Access the Form Management section to design your evaluation form, including questions and scoring methods. Learn more about form creation here.
3. Creating an Evaluation Parameter:
- Navigate to the Startups section in the top bar menu and select Evaluation Parameters.
- Click Add Evaluation in Coaching button.
- In the side modal, select the type of evaluation parameter for startups or users
- Select the evaluation sheet you created from the dropdown menu.
- Assign the evaluation to specific programs, criteria, and roles (mentor, coach, etc.).
