How to Manage Founders' Meeting Booking Permissions?

A guide on how to manage meeting booking permissions for founders.

Meeting Booking Settings

The meeting booking process in AcceleratorApp offers admins the flexibility to control how founders interact with the community when scheduling meetings. Admins can determine whether founders are allowed to book meetings with any user in the community or restrict them to only their assigned mentors, experts, or coaches.

Why This Matters?
This feature helps maintain a balance between open collaboration and focused mentoring. By limiting booking access, organizations can ensure a structured approach while still enabling meaningful connections.

  1. Navigate to the General Settings in the sidebar menu.

    • Restrict to assigned users only: Limits meeting bookings to mentors, coaches, or experts assigned to the founder, by requiring a connection for coaching sessions

Practical Example:

Require Connections for Coaching Sessions?

  • If your program emphasizes one-on-one mentoring: Choose yes to keep sessions focused and ensure that founders only book meetings with their assigned mentors, coaches, or experts.
  • For broader networking or event-driven programs: Select the no to maximize opportunities for founders to connect with a wider range of mentors, coaches, or experts across the community.
