How to Send Feedback Requests?

Sending Feedback Requests

Collecting structured feedback is crucial for evaluating programs, sessions, and user experiences. AcceleratorApp allows you to send Feedback Requests to specific users, ensuring you gather valuable insights efficiently. This guide walks you through creating, managing, and closing a Feedback Request.

Feature Location

To access the Feedback Request feature:

  • Navigate to Startup > Feedback .
  • Here, you can view existing requests or create a new one.

Step-by-Step Actions

1. Creating a Feedback Request

To create a new Feedback Request:

  • Click Create New Feedback Request.

  • Add a Title to define the purpose of the request.
  • Provide a Description to clarify the goal of the feedback.
  • Select the Target Users (e.g., applicants, mentors, evaluators) who will receive the request.
  • Choose an existing Feedback Form or create a new one. To know more about it clear here.
  • Click Create to finalize the request.

2. Editing the Feedback Request

If changes are needed before sending:

  • Locate the Feedback Request in the Feedback Requests section.
  • Click Edit to update details such as the title, description, or target users.
  • Save your changes before proceeding.

3. Sending the Feedback Request

Once the request is ready:

  • Review all details to ensure accuracy.
  • Click Send Request to distribute the feedback form to selected users.
  • Users will receive a notification, and an automated task (if at least one field of the feedback form is required)

4. Sending Email Reminders

To maximize response rates, send reminder emails:

  • Navigate to the Feedback Request section.
  • Select the request you want to follow up on.
  • Click Compose and Send Email to notify users who haven’t responded yet.

5. Closing the Feedback Request

  • When all responses are received the request is closed automatically
  • Optionally, manually you can close it. 

6. Previsualize & Export Results

After collecting feedback, you can review or export the results:

  • Navigate to Feedback Requests and select the request.
  • Click Preview Results to analyze responses within the platform.
  • Click Export Results to download the feedback in CSV or other formats for further analysis.
