Introduction to the Startup File
The Startup File provides a centralized location where administrators can view and manage all the details of a startup within their community. Accessed from the Startup Portfolio, this file serves as a detailed record of a company's activities, performance, and key documents.
Use Cases: Useful for administrators overseeing startup engagement, task management, and reporting, the Startup File organizes all relevant information in categorized tabs for efficient access and tracking.
Startup File Location
How to Access: Go to the Startup Portfolio and select a startup from the list. This will open the Startup File interface with detailed information about the company, organized into accessible tabs.
Step-by-Step Actions
1. Activities
This tab lists all system-recorded actions for the startup since its onboarding.
- Filter Options: Filter activities by comments, coaching sessions, upcoming events, and data reporting to manage large amounts of information efficiently.
- Editable Fields: Easily update startup properties such as tags, industries, co-founders, logo, program, startup name, mentor connections, tasks, and documents.
2. Analytics
View graphical representations of monthly metrics for the startup.
- Customization: Filter by specific metrics or time frames (e.g., semester, year) and export data as needed in Excel format.
3. Applications
Displays all applications submitted by the startup.
- Navigation: Click Go to Application File to view detailed application information.
4. Assessment
Provides performance data through charts generated from evaluations in Coaching Sessions and Application Reviews.

5. Company Info
View and edit all profile fields for the startup.

6. Documents
Repository of all documents uploaded by the startup throughout the application process.
- Quick Access: This tab centralizes all files associated with the startup.
7. Feedback
Shows all feedback requests completed by the startup.
- View Responses: Click View to access forms with detailed responses.
Note: This feature is available on the Premium plan and higher.

8. Tasks
View all tasks assigned to the startup, with statuses like overdue, due today, future, and completed.
