Filtering Applications
The option to filter applications is limited to Admin, Evaluator, and Mentor user roles. Filters on applications make it easier to find a specific application or multiple applications with similar criteria.
In the AcceleratorApp, applications can be filtered by Funnel, Funnel Stage, or user identifiers like name, email, or user ID. There are additional filters based on the application form.
Filtering applications will allow you to perform batch processes (limited to assigning tags, unassign tags, and sending emails).
Where to Find Applications Overview
Click on Applications from the Home page or the top menu to open the Applications Overview page.
Options to Filter Applications in the AcceleratorApp
Filter the list of Applications by Name, email, or ID.
Search for a save view.
Select a Funnel from the drop-down.
Filter the list of Applications based on their status.
View a list of applications you are assigned to evaluate.
View a list of applications that have a decision pending.
Filter applications by other fields e.g. Tags, programs, industries.
Tips & Best Practices:
- If there's data you want to export or view regularly, select columns, apply filters, and save views.
