Making Meetings Finite
By default, the number of hours a startup can book with mentors is unlimited.
However, you can limit the number of hours a startup can book.
Navigate through Settings > Mentor Matching Settings and select Yes for Require allocation of hours to start and schedule coaching sessions?
Allocating Hours
Connected Mentors displayed on a Startup File will then display a number counter next to their name.
Clicking the three dots to the right will open a modal that will allow you to Add or Remove hours.
Once saved, the hours are allocated, and all logged meetings will automatically debit time from the allotment, the balance of which will be displayed next to the connection.
