Introduction to Export History
The Export History feature keeps a record of all exports generated in AcceleratorApp. Each entry shows who created the export, the source, when it was created, its status, and available actions. This provides a clear audit trail and quick access to previously generated files.
Where to Find Export History
You can access Export History directly from your account menu in the top right of the page.
Step-by-Step
1: Click on your account menu (avatar/initials) at the top-right of the page.
2: In the dropdown menu, click Export History.
3: In the My Export History page, you can view all your previous export records by the following rows:
- Created By – User who generated the export
- Source – Module/type (e.g., Applications, Metrics, Mentors Management)
- Created At – Date and time the export was generated (sortable by column)
- Status – Completed (green) or Failed (red)
4: The following actions are also available for each of your exports.
- Download: Click on the arrow down icon – Saves the export to your device
- Delete: Click on the trash icon – Removes the export from your history
5: Use + Add Filter to refine results by:
- Export source – Module the export came from
- Export status – Completed or Failed
- Export by – User who generated the export
- Export time – Date/time range
Tips & Best Practices
- Use Export History as a centralized place to find past exports without needing to remember where they were originally generated in the platform.
- Use the filters to quickly narrow down and find the export files you are looking for.
