Now you can schedule and launch Zoom meetings directly from any candidate or startup page in AcceleratorApp. When the call ends, recordings and links automatically attach to their record. No more hunting, no more lost breakthrough moments.

How It Works

Simply click the Zoom button on any profile page. The meeting launches immediately, or you can schedule it for later. Participants receive clean calendar invites with all the details. Most importantly, when the session concludes, everything - recording, transcript, chat messages - automatically saves to that person's record.

For mentor sessions, this means every strategic conversation, every piece of advice, every "aha moment" becomes part of the startup's permanent knowledge base. For candidate interviews, panel feedback can be written in the same window where the call was launched, creating seamless evaluation workflows.
