Product Update: Multi-Forms, Microsoft Calendar Beta, and More!

 

What's new in the latest app version?

 

Create Multi-Forms in Application Funnel

Multi forms are multiple forms that can be added to an application funnel. This new functionality allows you to add more than one form in the submission step of an application. Adding more forms enables you to collect more data on pages and will help you evaluate startups faster by having things more organized for your applicants and your evaluators. 

This is a feature many of our users have requested.

 

Microsoft Calendar - Beta

This is one of our most requested features for AcceleratorApp. It will allow all network users, including admins, sub-admins, evaluators, mentors, co-founders, staff, applicants, and custom user roles, to sync their personal or professional Microsoft Calendar to their AcceleratorApp Calendar. This is in addition to the existing Google Calendar integration on our platform.

This beta version is available for testing upon request.

 

Anonymize Applicant Information

Before this update, when an evaluator reviewed an application, they had access to information such as the candidate's name, location, etc. With this new update, you can choose whether you want to anonymize the candidate's personal information from the evaluators. 

With this update, we are taking applicant privacy to the next level, ultimately facilitating fair and unbiased selection when selecting new applicants to join your program or cohorts.

 

Assign Mentors to Programs

You can now directly assign mentors to specific programs in your community. By having the mentors assigned to your programs, your startups automatically have access to these mentors, and program managers will have sufficient access to connect with startups. 

 

Funnels That Can Accept Any User Role

Now, you can create funnels to select people. This can be used to have mentors and investors apply to your organization and gain all the features to vet and select the ones that match your criteria and aspirations. Why not also use this to select your new employees and provide a better experience to everyone involved? 

 

Coaching Session Hours in Mentor Exports

We have improved the data of our mentor exports. This mentor export update allows you to easily aggregate the number of coaching hours per mentor for a given period of time. This will provide more precise insights into the time spent on mentoring activities, aiding in better tracking and analyzing coaching efforts. Also, if you pay your mentors, creating the report you need for your invoicing or control becomes much easier. 

 

Improvements in Indexing of All Data

This update will improve the indexing of all data in your network and on the platform. Although this may not be directly visible to you, it will improve the overall performance and efficiency of accessing and retrieving data on AcceleratorApp. This is the last piece of a multi-year project to enhance the overall architecture of AcceleratorApp. Now, we are focused on the new features! 🙂

 

Course Analytics Exports

You now have the ability to export course analytics. This will provide valuable insights and data on how your co-founders or program participants spend time on your courses and improve your programs' performance.
