Our weeks always start with an all-hands team meeting. In that meeting, we review the latest deployments and what we've learned as a result. We then discuss new objectives and releases and analyze them from a user story perspective. These are then self-assigned by the team members. We then chat profusely on Slack all week long and often get back on a call to further discuss different topics that come up during the week.
