Comfortable, cozy, and compact density on every table

What's new

• A density toggle in the table header on every list view (applicants, mentors, programs, hours, exports).
• Three settings: Compact (more rows per screen), Cozy (default), Comfortable (more breathing room, larger touch targets).
• Saved per user, per table — your preference follows you across sessions and devices.

Why it matters

The same table is used by reviewers scanning 200 rows in a sitting and by program managers reviewing two at a time. One density setting can't serve both.
