Scoring rubrics v2 — weight any field, score in rounds

Build multi-criterion rubrics with custom weights and have reviewers score in independent rounds. Round results stay sealed until everyone's in, so anchoring bias is finally out of your selection committee.

Applicant timezones surface everywhere

Interview slots, deadlines and reminder emails now show the applicant's local time alongside yours. Saves a round-trip when scheduling across cohorts in different regions.

Long application forms no longer lose draft state on refresh

A regression in our autosave was clobbering long-form answers when applicants reopened a tab after 30+ minutes. Patched, with a coverage test so it stays that way.

Mentor hour reports now export to CSV and XLSX

The mentor hours view picked up an Export button. Filter by cohort, mentor, or program, then take the file straight to your sponsor report.

Funnel view loads 3× faster on cohorts >500 applicants

We rebuilt the stage-aggregation query to stream column counts instead of round-tripping per stage. Funnels with thousands of applicants now feel instant.

Branded auto-decline emails with merge fields

Set a templated decline email per stage, with merge fields for applicant name, program, and reviewer feedback. The system schedules them outside business hours so you're not breaking the bad news at 2am local time.

Duplicate applicant detection across programs

When someone applies to two of your programs, we'll flag it at intake and offer a one-click merge. Their reviewer notes stay attached to both applications.

Reviewer notes finally support rich text

Headings, lists, mentions, and inline links. Notes stay markdown under the hood so they round-trip cleanly through exports.

Okta SSO now maps groups to AcceleratorApp roles

Provision reviewers, mentors and program admins through Okta group membership. No more manual role bumps when someone changes teams.

Fixed Google Calendar sync dropping recurring interview slots

A timezone edge case (we see you, São Paulo) was silently dropping every 4th recurring slot. Fixed and back-filled affected calendars.

Cohort Pulse — weekly check-ins from every founder

Send a 3-question pulse to your cohort every Friday. Founders answer in 30 seconds; you get a heat-map of who's blocked, who's blocking, and who's quietly crushing it.

Applications API (beta)

Pipe applications in from your own website, partner portals, or another tool. Webhooks fire on stage changes so you can wire up Slack, HubSpot, or your own CRM.

New keyboard shortcuts for review mode

Press J / K to move between applicants, 1–5 to score, and ⌘↵ to advance to the next stage. There's a cheatsheet behind ?.

Comfortable, cozy, and compact density on every table

Pick the row height that suits your workflow. Saves per-user so reviewers get the dense view and program managers keep their breathing room.

Stripe-linked program fees stop double-charging trial extensions

Reported by two customers, reproduced in 11 minutes, fixed the same afternoon. Affected charges were refunded automatically.

Twelve papercut fixes across applicant profile

Avatars no longer crop weird on Safari, document uploads show progress, and the print stylesheet finally renders score columns correctly.

Outcome tracking — follow your alumni for years, not weeks

Build a custom outcomes schema (funding raised, headcount, revenue, exits) and track it long after demo day. Filter cohorts by 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year outcomes.

Shared views replace the old saved filters

Save any combination of filters, columns and sort as a named view. Share it with your team, pin it to your sidebar, or set it as your default.

Smarter applicant deadline reminders

Reminders now back-off as the deadline approaches, with a final 'last 4 hours' nudge that's quietly become our highest-converting touchpoint.

CSV import handles non-ASCII names without mangling them

We were UTF-8-clean on output but not on import. Names with diacritics and non-Latin scripts now round-trip cleanly.

That's the start of the public log. Older releases are archived at #
