Archiving Funnels & Managing Funnel Deadlines
Introduction to Archiving Funnels and Managing Deadlines
The Archiving Funnels and Managing Deadlines helps you keep your application processes organized and up to date.
You can easily archive funnels that are no longer active and adjust deadlines for open funnels to ensure applicants have the correct submission timeline.
Archiving a funnel removes it from active use, while changing a deadline allows you to extend or shorten an existing application period.
Where can you Access Funnels Management?
You can access and manage your funnels from the Applications section in AcceleratorApp.
- Click Applications in the top navigation bar.
- In the left-side menu, select Funnels.
From here, you’ll see all your active, draft, and past application funnels.
Step-by-Step Actions
Archiving a Funnel
When you archive a funnel, it becomes inactive and is no longer accessible to new applicants.
To archive a funnel:
- Go to Applications.
- Select Funnels from the sidebar.
- Locate the funnel you want to archive.
- Toggle the Active switch to the right to deactivate the funnel.
- A confirmation message will appear — click Confirm to complete the process.

Once confirmed, the funnel will move to the archived state, and all current draft applications within it will also be archived.
⚠️ Warning
Archiving a funnel will:
- Make the funnel unavailable for new applicants.
- Archive all current draft applications associated with it.
- Prevent any new submissions unless reactivated later.
Be sure to archive only when a funnel has completed its application cycle or is no longer in use.
Changing a Funnel Deadline
You can update a funnel’s deadline at any time to give applicants more time or to close a call earlier.
To change the deadline:
- Go to Applications.
- Select Funnels.
- Find the funnel you want to edit and click the Edit icon.

- In the funnel editor, open the Settings tab on the right.
- Adjust the Deadline date and time as needed.
- Click Save or Publish to confirm your changes.

The new deadline will immediately apply to all applicants and be visible on the public application page.
Best Practices
- Archive funnels only after the program or call has officially closed to avoid losing access for active applicants.
- Communicate deadline updates to applicants via email or notification when extending or changing dates.
- Regularly review your funnels to ensure only active and relevant application calls remain visible.
- Revisit archived funnels periodically to maintain a clean and accurate database.
