Applicant timezones surface everywhere

What's new

• Every time field on the applicant profile shows two timestamps: your timezone, and the applicant's.
• Reminder emails lead with the applicant's local time and include yours as a courtesy line.
• Scheduling links auto-detect the applicant's timezone from their browser the first time they hit the booking page.

Why it matters

Cross-cohort programs lose hours every week to "wait, what time was that for me?" round-trips. Surfacing both timezones in the same view removes a confusion that disproportionately hurts applicants in your minority timezone.
