Scoring rubrics v2 — weight any field, score in rounds

What's new

• Custom weights per criterion — score Team, Market, Traction and anything else on a 0–10 scale, with weights that sum to 100% however you want.
• Sealed rounds — round-one scores stay hidden until every reviewer has submitted; only then do aggregates appear, so the first vote can't steer the rest.
• Round-over-round comparison — see how an applicant's scores moved between rounds, reviewer comments inline.

Why it matters

Selection committees often disagree productively in private and then drift toward consensus once a strong opinion lands first. Sealed rounds preserve that early diversity of thought; weighted criteria keep your rubric honest about what actually matters for the cohort you're picking.
