What's new

  • Per-stage templates — different copy for an early screening decline vs. a final-round one.
  • Merge fields{{applicant.first_name}}, {{program.name}}, {{reviewer.feedback}}, {{cohort.next_open}} and more.
  • Quiet-hours scheduling — emails queue and send between 9am and 5pm in the applicant's timezone. Optional, on by default.
  • Brand consistency — your program's logo, accent color, and reply-to address are applied automatically.

Why it matters

A thoughtful decline is the most common touchpoint applicants have with your program, and the only one many will ever get. Templating it well, signing it from a real person, and not waking them up to send it goes a long way.
