Duplicate applicant detection across programs

What's new

• Duplicate matching at intake on email plus a fuzzy match across name + LinkedIn URL.
• A flag appears on the applicant profile the moment a second submission lands, with a side-by-side diff of what each application contained.
• Merge combines the records under one applicant identity. Reviewer notes from each program stay attached to that program's application.

Why it matters

Some founders apply to two of your programs in the same season — sometimes deliberately, sometimes because they didn't realize the second one existed. Surfacing it at intake lets you route them, not double-screen them.
