Faster funnel filtering in Applications

What's new
- Quicker filter execution — the funnel filter in the Applications module returns results faster across the board.
- Most noticeable on large datasets — programs with high application volume will feel the biggest jump.
Why it matters
Funnel is the filter people reach for first, dozens of times a day. Even a small latency on something used that often becomes the dominant feeling of the product. April's pass cuts that wait so the filter stops being something you brace for.
