Zoom and Microsoft Teams Integration


Video Conferencing Integration

Life has moved to heavily include the virtual world and at AcceleratorApp we are aware of this. Now you will be able to synchronize two of the most used apps to have virtual meetings with your account: Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

 

Where can I do the synchronization:

Navigate through the account menu to your settings and then select the category of integrations. You will find there, after the calendar integration, the video conferencing integrations available.

Zoom Integration

To integrate your Zoom account, hit the box corresponding to Zoom and a pop-up window will open for you to add your credentials. Once you confirm your user and password the account will be integrated.

Microsoft Teams Integration

To integrate your Microsoft Teams account, hit the box corresponding to Microsoft Teams and a pop-up window will open for you to add your credentials. Once you confirm your user and password the account will be integrated.

What happens next?

Now whenever you add availabilities to your availabilities calendar, you can turn on the Zoom or Microsoft Teams integration in the location field so that the meeting link is automatically generated and sent to meeting attendees.
