Assigning users to programs
Learn how to assign users to programs. Assigning users to a program may help combine users in the same cohort.
Who can assign
Only Admin and Admin&Coach can assign users to programs.
How to assign
First, you need to create a program that targets users. To learn more about how to create a program, click here.
You can assign the user to a program in 2 different ways in AcceleratorApp:
1. User dashboard
To assign a user to a program, start by navigating to the user's profile in the setup menu. Locate the user's name and click the three vertical dots on the same row. Then, assign the user to the program and click the confirm button.
2. User profile
Click on the user profile, and on the left side of the screen, you will see the programs that this user is assigned to. To remove, change, or add a program, click on the edit icon to the right of the program. This will open a popup where you can select which program you want to assign or remove this user. To save the changes, click on the green button 'Assign.'
