Turning off core metrics

If you see that some core metrics are not very useful or relevant for your startups, you have the option to turn them off.

What happens if I turn off the metrics?

• When you turn off the collection of the hardcoded metrics, they cannot be turned on again for at least 3 months, because it requires a new release from the AcceleratorApp team
• The collection of these metrics will be interrupted, and startups will stop receiving notifications to collect these metrics
• Previously collected data will continue to be stored in the startup file

How to turn off core metrics

Navigate in setup > metrics and collection and click on the edit icon on the right side of the same row of the metrics.

From there, turn off the collect data and write the word CONFIRM to confirm that you are turning off this metric.
